Originally a mom-n-pop store in one of the Millenium City's neighbourhood markets, Mera Rang was a hole-in-the-wall shop. Ten years ago, it began to win the hearts and caputre the imagination of a small catchment of customers. It soon became the go-to destination for most of the neighbourhood, looking for, say an innovative style of pants, or a happy kurta to cheer oneself up, or a last minute gift for that forgotten birthday. It was not long before we began to see customers returning again and again because they found our clothing durable and versatile. People from farther areas had begun to look us up, reach out and drop in.

It was time to take our much loved collections to those who wanted to buy and use them, but couldn't. That was the beginning of our online journey.

Rabia, our leading lady is spontaneously inspired to design, drawing her ideas from everyday life and events. With over 11 years of experience in the manufacturing side of the fashion business, she has learnt the ropes by getting her hands dirty, right from the start of this label. She designs and over sees our manufacturing unit, and manages the day-to-day operations of this enterprize.

A designer from the prestigious National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi, Sonia is our go-to person for bags. But more importantly, she takes care of our website, right from content to logistics management. If you ever happen to find a typo in our writing, you know who to email! ;)
